Thank you to all that have participated in the surveys, which, we recently undertook in the parish. To date we have had 560 surveys completed. A number of people have questioned why we under took this process during Mass. The reason is simple, we very much want to get feedback from our parishioners and notwithstanding the fact that the invite to attend and participate in evening sessions was announced in the bulletin, via personal email invite and from the altar after Mass, we only had about 25 people participate. During the evening sessions we viewed a video, had small group discussions and completed the surveys. So as can been seen from the difference in the completed surveys versus the number that attended the evening sessions it was necessary to undertake the surveys in the pews. We do have one more survey to complete, which we will undertake in April. The results will be shared with the parishioners once all the data is complied. This process is critical for the parish to be able to develop a three-year Pastoral Plan so that we can move forward and grow our parish and undertake the work that we have been called to do as devoted Catholics. Again, thank you for your understanding and support.
